Other Areas of Ministry

There are a multitude of other ministry activities we have been involved with. For example, in December 2023 we were involved in "cyclone relief" as a result of damage done by Cyclone Michaung on the southeast coast of India. In 2020-21 the Lord blessed us with over $28,000 to be able to help people during the time of Covid lockdowns. 

Here are a few of the ministry activities (apart from the children's ministry, or the widows & elderly ministry) which we are either currently involved with, or have done within recent years:

* Helping a young believer who recently had a liver transplant with food, medication and rent while he was recovering.

* Giving some financial support for pastors, some of them helping us with the widows & elderly ministry (we also refer to it as the WE ministry).

* Helping those who have suffered because of persecution.

* Helping young women with their marriage expenses. We don't want to use donations to help meet any dowry demands, but poor families often need help with basic expenses.

* Weekly and periodic meetings, gathering the people for prayer, worship and sharing the Word.

* Food distribution to needy families on a monthly basis.

* Occasionally helping people who are not part of our children's or WE ministries with medical needs or house repairs/construction.
